岗位职责:
1、研究目标市场,建立销售客户群;
2、开发和管理销售机会;
3、负责策划、培训、监督、审核团队成员的日常销售工作,确保各阶段各成员达到指定的销售目标;
4、安排及指引团队各成员的日常运作以达到销售目标。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,不限专业。欢迎有大学学位和相当好的英语能力的申请人。有海外工作或学习经验者优先。
2、至少3年以上英语销售经验,具有良好的销售意识,有旅游或教育行业工作经验者优先。
3、具有良好的英语读、写、说能力,这是一份以英语为基础的工作。
4、熟练掌握微软Word、Excel和PowerPoint;
5、有团队精神,沟通能力强,能处理工作压力。
任职资格:熟练使用英语,有销售经验,有海外留学/海外工作经验优先,有K12教育行业经验优先,有户外教育行业优先,23-50岁,男女不限,国籍不限,学历不限
薪酬标准:底薪4000-6000+提成+福利
入职培训:销售知识培训,户外知识培训
Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. To research the targeting market and establish a good relationship with customers;
2. Opportunities of market developing and management;
3. Responsible for planning, training, supervising, and reviewing the daily sales work of team members to ensure that each member at each stage achieves the designated sales target;
4. Arrange and guide the daily operations of each member of the team to achieve sales goals.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor\'s degree or above with no limited to the field. Applicants with a college degree and considerably good English capability are welcome. Overseas work or study experience is preferred.
2. At least 3 years of sales experience in English, awareness of sales, working experience in the tourism or educational industry is preferred.
3. Excellent English capability in reading, writing, and speaking skills. This is an English-based job.
4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
5. Team player with remarkable communication skills, be able to deal with work pressure.
Qualifications:
Proficient in English, sales experience, overseas study/overseas work experience is preferred, K12 education industry and outdoor education experience is preferred, 23-50 years old, no gender limit, no nationality limit
Salary standard: Basic salary RMB4000-6000 + commission + welfare
